It has been a constant endeavour of games suppliers to online casinos to introduce features that increase retention of players. Playtech had done it with the Dollar Ball game. Microgaming had done it with the Paytable Achievements feature. Now Quickspin, a relatively new entrant to the online casino scene, has launched Challenges retention tool.

Quickspin is a Swedish company specialising in video slots. It has announced the launch of its latest pioneering industry loyalty tool, which it has named Quickspin Challenges. This customer retention tool will be made available to online casino operators that license Quickspin slot games. It will enable an additional level of gameplay for players in the existing Quickspin titles. The games supplier describes Challenges as both engaging and immersive. It is in essence a mini-game that will be displayed on top of each slot machine, with the extra level of gameplay fuelled by the outcome of spins from the main game below. In Quickspin Challenges, the player will aim is to guide an in-play character through a maze to a final prize. This will allow the players to unlock prizes as the path through the maze is generated. You will win prizes even if you might not hit that final big win.

Quickspin CEO Daniel Lindberg released a statement on this occasion. He said, “We are absolutely delighted to launch Quickspin Challenges. We’ve designed the retention tool to offer some extra excitement with our slots, and hope that it will give our players the chance to enjoy playing them that extra bit more.” He added that the future of the online casino industry lies in gamification and he expressed pride at being in the forefront of this trend. He asked Quickspin players to stay tuned for lots more exciting developments in 2019.

Quickspin Challenges has already been launched on Dwarfs Gone Wild and Goldilocks and the Wild Bears. It will soon be available on all Quickspin online slots. Quickspin has had an extremely successful 2018. Three of the video slots released this year have been drawing high traffic. They are Dwarfs Gone Wild, Eastern Emeralds and Ark of Mystery. Another innovation this year was the launch of Quickspin Tournaments. Founded in 2011, Quickspin rapidly established itself as a leading development studio for real money and social casino gaming and was acquired by Playtech in March 2016. Now licensed in multiple jurisdictions, its award-winning content has seen the company sign agreements with a long list of leading operators.
